Sleepy Hollow Film Set
Even though Halloween has passed, this photo of the Sleepy Hollow film set is so beautiful that I must share it with everybody.
I hope that everybody had a safe, fun and happy Halloween. We celebrated Samhain a few days before the actual holiday with a large gathering of folk. We held a worship service (called a ritual) to honor our ancestors. This is the time of year to remember all those friends and family who have passed to Spirit. Then we all shared a potluck supper and enjoyed the company of our friends and family here on earth!
On Halloween, we dressed up in our Ren Fest costumes and handed out candy to the neighborhood kids. It's always fun to see the cute costumes (one especially cute three-year-old Batman comes to mind.) Brian always makes the kids say, "Trick or Treat!" before he gives them the candy, but I'm not quite so strict with the shy ones!
