The new Steady Eddy's opens in California!
My friends, Diane and Edmund, have opened Steady Eddy's Coffeeshop in their local California town. It's a long way from Flint!!!
Diane and Edmund lived in the house directly behind mine in Flint. They owned Steady Eddy's cafe, which was located in the Farmer's Market in Flint. They were very good friends-in fact, it was entirely due to them that I was able to purchase my house. They let me know before it actually came on the market that it was going to be for sale, so I was able to be the first one to see it when it came on the market.
Diane always had a beautiful garden! They spent many hours creating and maintaining their house and garden. They even created a small pond for their goldfish.
It was a sad day for me when Diane and Edmund announced that they were selling their house and moving to California. I missed them very much.
I didn't know then that in a few years, I'd be moving, as well!
They recently emailed a link to some photos of the new Steady Eddy's! Congratulations to Edmund and Diane!!
